About Us

Find your Hidden Strength

A message from our Founder, Linsey Lunny.

I believe this is my purpose—every challenge I’ve faced has led me to create The Hidden Strength Foundation.

As a teenager, I was diagnosed with anorexia at 17. Recovery was tough, filled with ups and downs. My struggles taught me one thing: no one should face mental health challenges alone. This became even clearer when I became a parent.

Young people today need to be heard and supported in ways that truly resonate. The Hidden Strength Foundation exists to listen, inspire change, and help young people find their voice. We provide tools to empower them, uncover their hidden strengths, and become heroes in their own stories.

Mental health support should be barrier-free—no long waits, no high costs. With your help, we can make that a reality and create a future where every young person feels seen, heard, and supported.
